Clean good value hotel with a nice pool and a stunning location right by the tuk tuk to BTS station, grand palace and the train station. Free parking and reasonably good and tasty breakfast with the croissants. Really nice stay, as always...

I stayed in the One Bedroom Admiral Suite for 4 nights. The suite had all the essentials like a washing machine and coffee machine. A nice long balcony. Air conditioning worked great, and the rooftop pool offered a fine view. Pricing was competitive too 😊

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast were good - eggs cooked to order and everything very fresh. The room was a reasonable size but looked onto a multi storey carpark and was dark. The swimming pool and gym and jacuzzi were excellent and in a pleasant setting.
The hotel was a good walk from the skytrain/ metro although there was a complimentary tuk-tuk.

The hotel was very conveniently located for shopping, entertainment, etc., but at the same time was very quiet and on a peaceful sidestreet so that you didn't have the din of traffic. It's a relatively smaller hotel, so it was more intimate, the elevators never took more than a few seconds to arrive, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool was small but gave delightful views of the city skyline.
The hotel refuses to give you more than one keycard per room, even if you are two or more people staying in the room and need more keycards. And since the keycard is also the means to keep the power on in the room and operate the elevator, it meant that you can't stay in the room if the other person has taken the key to go down for breakfast or for a swim! We kept asking for an extra key, and they kept saying it's hotel policy to give only one card per room. Given their poor English, it took us a while to understand the reason: they have a shortage of keycards! This is a ridiculous reason - something that should be quickly fixed. My husband and I had to go to all sorts of lengths to coordinate our movements in and out of the room just because of the single key!

Comfortable stay in a bustling city
The spacious Premier Studio with a kitchenette provided a perfect refuge. The rooftop pool offered fine views.
The cleanliness standards seemed lacking as I encountered stray hairs and old furniture in the room. The gym equipment was also out of service .

It was such a nice place! Just take 7-8mins walk to asok bts! And also when u walk to bts or from bts walk to hotel, u can find a "bar street'! It was the same as the movie "hang over2"! That's fun when u are there!

Quiet area, no fuss from the staff and everything just works fine.
Just a bit more variety at the breakfast buffet and maybe more seating area around the pool.

Facilities inside room
1. Wifi signal weak at all times; Not possible to reliably use the internet services. Can fix some repeaters or change to cabled system. 2. Staff handling issues very poor. Did not properly advise their Manager of my requirement of late check out (on chargeable basis). My requirement was raised on day 1 and on day 3 they told me that the room was full and asked me to vacate at 13:30 instead of 12:00 noon. But at 12:45 their staff called me and asked me to vacate at 13:00 and literally chased me out. NO COURTESY OF GOOD TREATMENT; DID NOT BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. JUST MINCED THE STANDARD WORD "WE APOLOGISE".
